Fees & Consultation
Fees vary by matter and stage. After a basic document review, you will get a clear estimate and next steps. There are no hidden charges.
How It Works
The process starts with sharing your documents — discharge book, PPO, medical board papers, rejection letters, or any representation you have already submitted.
After reviewing the papers, Adv. Bansal discusses the facts, identifies the right forum, and gives you a clear estimate of fees and the next steps. You decide whether to proceed.
Fee Structure
For Armed Forces Tribunal matters, fees depend on the nature of the case and the stage at which you come. Fees typically cover:
- Drafting and filing of the Original Application (OA) before the AFT
- Appearance and arguments at AFT hearings
- Compliance follow-up and execution applications where orders are not implemented
- Delay condonation and other procedural applications, if needed
Additional Costs
In addition to professional fees, AFT matters involve certain out-of-pocket expenses:
- Court fees (as prescribed)
- Certified copy fees
- Process serving charges
All such expenses are communicated in advance.
Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), cheque, or cash. A fee agreement is provided before the engagement begins.
Note: The information on this page is a general overview. Exact fees vary based on the specific facts of each matter. Fees are always discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.
